From the warm hospitality of Jorge, Esperanza, and their attentive staff to the charming and clean rooms, this hotel truly feels like a tranquil oasis in the heart of San Cristobal. The homemade breakfast, with its delicious array of dishes and jams made by the owners themselves, is a definite highlight not to be missed. The well-equipped kitchen, inviting inner courtyard, and cozy fireplace all add to the inviting ambiance of this family-run establishment. And if you're looking to unwind, the rooftop and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for relaxation and connection with fellow travelers. With its impeccable service, serene atmosphere, and fantastic value for money, Casa Tequio is a hidden gem that I can't wait to return to on my next visit to Mexico.
